This video was put together and combined a couple of videos of Joe Biden describing the Ukrainian pay to play scheme he should be impeached for.  In a classic Quid Pro Quo Biden used a $1 billion humanitarian loan guarantee to force the Ukrainian President and Prime Minister to fire a Federal Prosecutor that was investigating The Biden's illegal business practices with Burisma Holdings a Ukrainian Oil & Gas company.
